Two dimensional code coding rules of crop seed label
1. These rules are formulated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the seed law of the people's Republic of China and the measures for the administration of crop seed labels and instructions for use in order to standardize the information content and the production of two-dimensional codes of crop seed labels and facilitate the identification and application of two-dimensional codes of seed labels.
2. The two-dimensional code of seed label referred to in these rules is the information code specified in the seed law of the people's Republic of China.
3、3. The two-dimensional code of crop seed label is unique, and one two-dimensional code corresponds to the only seed of the minimum sales unit. Once the QR code is given to a commodity seed, it cannot be used again by other seeds
4、The two-dimensional code of crop seeds shall include the following information: the name of the variety, the name of the producer or operator or the name of the importer, the unit identification code and the traceability website. The four items must be arranged in the above order, with each item of information in a separate line. The content of QR code information shall not be missing, and the content shall be consistent with the content marked on the label.
5、The product name, manufacturer's or importer's name contained in the QR Code shall be consistent with the information of administrative licensing.
6、Unit identification code refers to the unique code of each minimum sales unit seed which is different from other seeds, which is prepared by the enterprise itself. The code is composed of Arabic numerals or combination of numerals and English letters, and the code length shall not exceed 20 characters. The unit identification code can be the same as the original product barcode code, or it can be designed separately.
7、The product traceability website is provided by the enterprise and guaranteed to be effective. Through the website, it can be traced to seed processing batch and logistics or sales information. The web page should have strong compatibility and can be browsed on PC and mobile phones.
8、It is not allowed to add misleading or misleading contents and propaganda information to the QR code image or reading information.
9、QR code standard is adopted in QR code design.
10、The size of the two-dimensional code picture can be determined according to the size of the package, not less than 2 square centimeters.
11、The two-dimensional code shall be printed clearly and completely to ensure that it can be read.
12、The QR code module is black, the QR code background color is white, and the background area should be at least 2 mm larger than the edge of the figure.
13、These Rules shall come into force as of the date of promulgation, and the right of interpretation shall be vested in the Ministry of agriculture.
